Halsey is a singer and songwriter known for her singles titled “Ghost,” “Hurricane,” and “New Americana.”
She played the violin, viola, and cello, until moving on to the acoustic guitar when she was fourteen years old. By the time she reached her teen years she had enrolled in six schools. In high school, she endured bullying by other students and at 17 she attempted suicide, which led to a 17-day hospitalization.
Following this, she was diagnosed as bipolar and her mother also struggles with the disorder.
Her mother’s name is Nicole, who works for security in a hospital and her father’s name is Chris, who manages a car dealership. She has two younger brothers, Sevian and Dante.
Her real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane and she is openly bisexual.
From 2015 to 2016, Halsey dated Norwegian producer Lido. In 2017, she began dating American rapper G-Eazy but broke up in July 2018.
She began dating English alternative rock musician Yungblud in November 2018.
